S-Specific: List what goal you want to reach and why.

M-Measurable: List how you'll track your progress so you can keep tally on how close you are to reaching them or if you've already surpassed them!

A-Achievable: List what you'll need to do and how often you'll need to do it to reach your goals.

R-Realistic: Make sure your goal is practical, given your resources and time.

T-Time-bound: List a specific time frame in which you will achieve your goals.
